This is when work is carried out periodically to prolong the life of the building component and avoid either expensive repairs or complete breakdown.

We will undertake any major works projects; depending on the size of the project we can provide a team for simple 1 day maintenance work or month long housing renovations. Our work is always carried out to an excellent standard.

The following would be classed as Cyclical Repairs or Major works:

  • Repairs to the structure of the building (for example, concrete repairs and roof timbers)
  • Replacing faulty items (for example, windows and heating systems)
  • Maintenance (for example, painting the outside of the building)
  • Improvements (for example, fitting a door-entry system and landscaping)

Because of the cost or type of work involved, projects like this have to be carefully planned, we will work with the project managers and/or committee closely to ensure that the works are completed within time and budget with as little of disruption to the residents as possible. All work is kept in-house, ensuring the highest standards at all times and all work is carried out in accordance with strict Health and Safety guidelines.
