As a Fresh Maintaining Properties contracted site, your site will always be maintained and left looking newly developed due to our consistent visiting routines which will be arranged to suit your needs (e.g. weekly, fortnightly).
We can offer a full range of services from grass cutting, weeding, tree surgery, hedge cutting, fencing, grounds repair, lawn repairs and specialised weed and feed.
At Fresh Maintaining Properties, we allocate our ground team’s personal sites to ensure commitment is maximised and develop a working relationship between our team members, residents, site managers and the site itself.
All of our teams consist of members with extensive experience and qualifications, allowing us to guarantee all sites are maintained to an equally high standard. All members recruited into the Fresh ground teams have personal commitment to the sites they are allocated, and hold the dedication to ensure their sites are left at the standards they would expect to arrive home to, just like your residents.
