Flood Damage Restoration
Upon carrying out a review, Fresh Deep Clean will identify the category of the water using an internationally accepted classification method, shown below.
Clean water – Sourced from broken pipes (e.g. boilers or sink overflow), not harmful to humans but can still damage property.
Grey water – Carries micro-organisms which have some effects on humans. Grey water is sourced from appliances such as washing machines and dishwashers.
Black water – Very harmful, it is crucial that you avoid contact where possible. Black water contains a large quantity of micro-organisms and is usually sourced from sewages, rivers/ streams and sea water.
Please be aware that it is unlikely that you will be able to identify the category of the water yourself. To minimise the possibility of diseases spreading, please contact Fresh DC immediately so that we can send a trained team to your premises.
Once we have pumped out any remaining water, Fresh DC will remove and dispose of any damaged property. We will then carry out a full deep clean of the property to restore it to its original state. If any maintenance work is required then our maintenance team may be able to carry out the work for you, reducing labour costs from an external company.

Fire & Smoke damage can seriously affect a property’s state. Following a safety inspection, Fresh Deep Clean will enter the damaged property, removing and disposing of all damaged property and conduct a full deep clean.
If any maintenance work is required then our maintenance team may be able to carry out the work for you, reducing labour costs from employing an external company. Where possible, Fresh DC will also work with insurance companies and loss adjustors, reducing unnecessary stress for you.
